Over the course of 25 years in the aerospace sector and industrial technology, Florent has navigated complex operations, led global teams, and overseen enterprise-scale digital transformation. He has held senior C-level roles at major industrial firms. At DAHER, he served as Group CIO and CEO of its Logistics Operations division, roles that shaped his deep understanding of how large-scale supply chains and production systems work — and often fail — when layered with outdated, fragmented software.

That experience showed him one thing clearly: too much in aerospace depends on legacy systems, silos, and inertia. He helped launch and lead the DAHER digital-innovation program in the U.S. — a venture that paired aerospace heritage with new-age tech thinking, using data, automation, and strategic agility to reimagine manufacturing workflow.

Now at C-981, Florent brings that blend of aerospace rigor and digital-first mindset to build a platform that empowers engineers, supply-chain teams, and factory workers. He leads the company vision — embedding transparency, operational clarity, and team empowerment into every solution.
