From the shop floor to the board room, Rémy has walked the path of industrial operations, logistics, and supply-chain execution — and he understands that real change happens when tools meet human reality. At Connect 981, his mission is simple: make sure clients don’t just “use” the software, they adopt it, master it, and grow with it.

He leads Connect 981’s efforts to turn a modular AI-powered platform into practical, everyday value for production managers, supply-chain leads, and quality teams. That means translating data into actionable insights, building trust across teams and sites, and connecting field teams through a shared language of digital building blocks.

But Rémy’s role goes beyond user adoption. He built and manages the Connect 981 Community — a living, breathing ecosystem of users, designers, and champions who share best practices, replicate success stories, and help each other solve problems. Under his leadership, the community has become a central pillar of Connect 981’s growth and evolution.

Before Connect 981, Rémy gathered deep operational and commercial experience working with aerospace, logistics, and industrial firms. That background gives him unique insight into the pressures, constraints, and needs of industrial clients — which he uses to guide how Connect 981 shapes its product roadmap and support strategy.
