Solenne is CTO & Co-Founder at C-981. She believes technology should serve people — not the other way around. Her mission is to build products that simplify complexity, giving engineers and manufacturing teams tools they can use — without code, without friction, without losing control.
For nearly 20 years Solenne has worked at the intersection of IT, engineering, product management, and industrial systems. Her background spans software, infrastructure, security, aerospace, and more. Early on she learned how brutal it can be when engineers are forced to choose between user-friendliness and technical power. That shaped her vision for C-981: whatever the challenge — complex supply chains, assembly lines, quality controls — the tools should feel intuitive, human-centered, and built for real use by real people.
At C-981, Solenne guides strategy and roadmaps. She drives product design, engineering standards, and usability — making sure every feature solves a concrete problem. She also helps build and lead global, cross-functional teams that bring the platform to life, balancing engineering excellence with empathy and real-world needs.
Solenne cares deeply about who builds the tools as much as who uses them. Particularly as a woman CTO navigating both startup and manufacturing worlds, she feels called to open doors — to show that leadership, engineering, and industrial tech can and should be inclusive and diverse.
She believes that good tools don’t just make processes faster — they give people space to think, breathe, and shape the future of their work with dignity and clarity.
