Thomas is Co-Founder and Head of Delivery at C-981. With more than 20 years spent in industrial R&D, operations and digital transformation, he believes the future of manufacturing isn’t about technology for its own sake — it’s about giving real people in factories the tools to work smarter, faster, and with more clarity.

Before C-981, Thomas cut his teeth in engineering, research, and industrialization roles. He worked for years as a development and method-engineering professional: shaping production processes, defining bills of material, running first-article tests, and coordinating between manufacturing and marketing. He later moved into senior roles at research institutes and innovation-driven teams — blending operational discipline, lean thinking, and IT tools to streamline construction and manufacturing workflows. That breadth gives him a rare vantage point: he knows both the lab, the factory floor, and the curveballs of real-world supply-chain logistics.

At C-981, Thomas leads delivery. He works closely with clients in aerospace and manufacturing to deploy the zero-code, AI-powered platform — not just as a tool, but as a transformation partner. His aim is to turn rigid, fragmented legacy processes into flexible, modular workflows that feel natural to engineers, technicians and shop-floor teams. He believes that if you respect how people already work, the transition to digital becomes smoother.
