Stephanie co-founded C-981 and today serves as Chief Revenue Officer. She believes that next-generation manufacturing doesn’t just need smarter tools — it needs tools that meet engineers where they are. Her mission is to strip away fragmentation in aerospace manufacturing (ERP/MES overload, siloed processes, manual workarounds), and replace them with intuitive, powerful workflows that keep pace with real-world complexity.

Before launching C-981, Stephanie built her career in enterprise software and client success — helping scale high-growth platforms, leading account-management teams, and integrating cutting-edge tools with large, global user bases. Her background gives her a unique ability to bridge between product design and commercial reality.

At C-981, she doesn’t just sell software — she guides industrial organizations through transformation. She works closely with aerospace manufacturers and supply-chain leaders to tailor C-981’s zero-code platform to real needs: full traceability, fewer mistakes, streamlined collaboration, on-time delivery. She’s especially proud of helping clients like Hutchinson accelerate their manufacturing and supply-chain operations — a partnership highlighted at the 2025 Paris Air Show.

What defines Stephanie is a human-centered approach to industrial transformation. She doesn’t treat clients as numbers on a spreadsheet. She treats them as teams, workers, engineers — people whose daily work matters. That empathy, combined with her experience scaling enterprise SaaS and her investor/advisor roles — including work in Web3 and startup ecosystems — makes her a versatile, grounded leader.
